30-Day Return Policy We want you to love your MediFeet ComfortWalker. If you are not completely satisfied you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return Email us at support@medifeet.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges If you need a different size or have received a damaged item please contact us at support@medifeet.shop and we will make it right.
